A visit to the veterinarian is unavoidable, especially if you have animals like cats and dogs at home. It helps pet owners be knowledgeable about their beloved animals’ current health status.
While a doctor’s visit worries fur-parents, it turns out that humans are not the only ones who feel concerned about their companion’s well-being. Animals too can feel that something is not right, especially when their fellow pet is not at home.
Earlier this September, Kira Wilson had to send her precious French Bulldog, Laszlo, the clinic to undergo some tests for the dog’s needed surgery. When Kira got back home from the animal hospital, it was not just her who was worried about Laszlo.
Hannah, Kira’s rescued chocolate Labrador, happened to be more worried than she was. Kira recalled than when she got home, and Hannah noticed that Laszlo was nowhere to be seen, the chocolate Labrador began crying.
Kira shared that she has never seen Hannah so sad and worried before. The chocolate Labrador stayed beside Laszlo’s doggie kennel and cried until his brother came home.
Hannah refused to move away from Laszlo’s kennel, and Kira could not stop her dog from crying. Kira tried cheering Hannah up, but it did not work on the sad Labrador at all.
Hannah kept looking at Laszlo’s empty cage as if she would never see her Frenchie brother ever again. Kira felt so heartbroken seeing her other dog cry herself to sleep.
Kira, a resident of Dayton, Ohio, was a fur-mom to Hannah, the chocolate Labrador. When she brought home the French Bulldog home, Kira felt anxious about how her other dog would react towards Laszlo.
Hannah is over a hundred pounds, while Laszlo was just a tiny puppy. However, all of Kira’s worries disappeared when Hannah gladly accepted her new brother.
Hannah moped around Kira’s house for days, but when the doctor contacted Kira that Laszlo was ready for pick up, Kira immediately left home. When Kira came home carrying Laszlo with her, Hannah transformed into a happy dog in an instant.
