Some dogs do not like cats, but others are very friendly, they can cope with any animal they come across.
A Pit Bull called Bubba is one dog who likes making friends. Some people do not like his breed because they think he is a dangerous dog. But the truth is that Bubba is indeed loveable and calm.
Six years ago, Rebecca Pizzello adopted Bubba. The then three-month-old dog had been living in a shelter in Arizona at a time when Rebecca’s housemate rescued several kittens. Bubba lived with these kittens until he was ready for adoption.
Speaking to The Dodo, Rebecca said “from then Bubba has always had a great love for cats, it’s like he has an obsession. It was evident to me that he would love to have his own cat.” However, this had to wait until this year when I relocated to New York.
Bubba liked having his own kitty, and therefore Rebecca applied to adopt a cat. After several weeks, Rebecca received a call from Brooklyn Animal Action informing her of a kitten who was waiting to be adopted.
Rebecca couldn’t wait any longer. She adopted the cat and called her Rue.
Rebecca knew Bubba would be overjoyed on seeing the new kitty. This is precisely what happened. The two became great friends. The two became friends immediately and have remained so since then.
They love being together, even when sleeping. Bubba takes care of Rue in the same way he would do to his dad.
And its evident Rue equally loves Bubba. Are they not admirable? For more photos of the two follow them on Instagram.
