Just like people, dogs also have difficulty walking when they reach a certain age. And sometimes, they experience it at a young age. But they just couldn’t express the difficulty they have, can they?
Pia Hjelmso noticed her dog Aase was experiencing pain when walking up and down the stairs. So, she came up with an idea to help her furry friend. And it’s one creative and adorable gift to her friend.
Pia is from Denmark and lives with two dogs, Aase and Leo. They are both sweet and adorable. But Aase had arthritis since she was just a little puppy.
Pia noticed Aase was in pain whenever she takes the stairs, so she wanted to do something to help ease the discomfort. She came up with the idea of creating a lift for her. She contacted his friend Lars Trillingsgaard immediately and made it all happen.
Lars is skilled at crafts and decided to make the stairlift look like a double-decker bus. He placed a motor under the stairs that pull the cart using a wire. And when it comes down the stairs, the front panel opens into a ramp.
The Facebook video shows how this dog comes down the stairs in a cart style double-decker bus. What an awesome idea to help your canine!
